Steam Deck · portable display · iPadOS 17+

A portable monitor for Steam Deck using the iPad you already carry.

USB-C video from the Deck into a UVC capture card, then Phosphor on iPad. A travel second screen that does not depend on cafe Wi‑Fi, with optional gameplay recording straight to Photos.

Steam Deck iPad second screen, built for travel.

  • Travel setups: One tablet, one USB-C video capture card with Power Delivery. Play on a bigger panel in a hotel or on a tray table.
  • Wired 60 fps preview: A dedicated UVC pipe, not a compressed wireless stream.
  • Record to Photos: Phosphor Pro captures the Deck feed to the Photos library so you do not need a PC capture box for a highlight clip.
